Discount Policies

• Only two discounts may be used per trip. 

• ECT Clubhouse members are entitled to a $250 discount on every trip per year of membership. Your subscription must be active through the last day of the trip in order to receive the discount.

  • Member discounts may not be applied to partnership trips (including but not limited to Women Who Travel trips and Coveteur trips).

  • If you were rebooked from a trip that was subject to a cancellation in 2021 and we are honoring 2021 pricing, member discounts can not be applied.

Rebooking Policies

• If you have a pending credit due to a trip that was subject to a cancellation in 2020 or 2021, you must book a new trip by December 31, 2022, otherwise, your credit will expire. Please contact info@elcamino.travel before then to get rebooked.

• You may only be rebooked once. Once your credit has been transferred to a new trip, your booking is subject to our Booking Terms & Conditions and you may not transfer your credit again.

• If you rebook from a 2021 trip that was canceled to a 2022 trip of the same destination, we will honor your original price. Please note that ECT Clubhouse member discounts may not be applied to price matches. 

• If you rebook on a different destination, price matching does not apply, however, you may be eligible for the ECT Clubhouse member discount.

• We will not be matching prices for trips in 2023. Please choose a trip in 2022 if you want your 2021 pricing to be honored.
