Upcoming Livestream: So You Want To Work In Travel?
I’m excited to try something new with you. I often get questions, emails, and DMs about how to break into the travel industry. I also know many of you are avid travelers who dream of making travel your career but aren’t sure where to start.
The truth is, the travel industry is massive and offers countless ways to get involved. Sure, you can become a travel advisor, but there are also opportunities as operators, travel designers, destination management experts, and more. When I first entered the industry a decade ago, I had no idea how complex and layered it was—or how many unique roles contribute to making it all work.
This livestream is designed to help you:
Understand the industry and its many career paths.
Brainstorm which path might be the best fit for you.
You’ll also be able to ask questions during the session, but I’ll collect questions beforehand as well to make sure we dive into the topics you care most about. If you can’t make it live, no worries—I’ll share a recording in the community forum afterward.
Once I get a sense of what you’re most curious about, I plan to invite some incredible guests from my network—seasoned professionals who’ll share how they got started in the industry and what they wish they had known earlier. I want to make this a once a month gathering.
