Who are Kendall and Ally Warson?

Kendall: I’m the CEO and Co-Founder of Cohart, a social marketplace connecting artists and the next generation of collectors. My career is marked by disrupting traditional art access and curation. I also have a background in fashion design at companies like Marc Jacobs, DVF, and Helmut Lang, and have been featured in publications like Teen Vogue and Time Magazine.

Ally: I am a global citizen passionate about trying to incrementally improve this world that we all live in. I am an investing partner at UP.Partners and we focus on backing visionary founders that help people and things move safer, faster, and cleaner. Transportation is the #1 contributor to carbon dioxide emissions, we are trying to change that.

Kendall in Buenos Aires.

Where are you going and who with?

Kendall: We are going to Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is one of the most culturally vibrant cities and we want to do a sister trip together! Traveling with my sister is like having my best friend by my side, and it turns every journey into an unforgettable adventure. We make the ultimate travel dream team, and our trips are all about embracing the unexpected. Whether it's Ally leading us on breathtaking hikes or me taking charge of urban art escapades, we've come to realize that our travels are more than just ticking off destinations from our bucket list. It's about the incredible moments we share in new places, where we not only discover the world but also uncover more about ourselves and strengthen our unbreakable bond.

What’s your travel style?

Kendall: I'm a wing-it kinda gal. I love waking up everyday and exploring by foot without a clear plan in place. Argentina is perfect for this because you can just eat, wander, walk, drink, and let the landscapes inspire you. It's one of the few places in the world I feel I can totally relax.

Ally: We are two peas in a pod! Kendall is a "yes" person and that is infectious to be around when you are exploring a new place. We are both good at planning but also good at going with the flow. Kendall helps me go outside my comfort zone too.

What We Like.

Buenos Aires is a true amalgamation of delights that make it an amazing city to visit. Its cultural history, expansive green parks, tantalizing gastronomy, and vibrant nightlife make it an unforgettable place to visit.

What We Recommend.

  • Stay: HomeHotel

    Stay: Be Jardin

Eat:  Las Pizarras - delicious (not too expensive) food and top tier wine

Eat: La Mar - amazing seafood

Drink: Floreria Atlantico (underground speakeasy - you walk through a flower shop)

Do: "Tiempo de la Bomba" a cool drumming show that happens every Monday

Shop: El Ateneo, an old theater turned into a bookstore, very cool!

    Do: The Malba Museum

Do: Visit the town Cabo Polonio. It's a tiny beach town in Uruguay, where there isn't electricity. All the small beach shacks use candles. You can take a ferry from BA to Montevideo and then a bus to get there.
